Our accommodation options

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: You can check in from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. If your chosen package lists different check-in or check-out times, those times take precedence.

Q: Can I arrange a late check-out?

A: Yes. However, for check-out between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, you will be charged 30% of the regular room rate. After 1:00 pm, you will be charged 100% of the regular room rate. We may not be able to accommodate a request for late check-out if the room has been booked by another guest.

Q: When do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

A: If you cancel the day before you arrive or later. If you cancel the day before you arrive, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the regular room rate. The fee for same-day cancellation or no-show is 100% of the regular room rate.

Q: How far in advance can I book a room?

A: Excepting special time periods, you can book a room up to six months in advance. For accommodation related to weddings and other gatherings, please ask the staff member in charge for more information.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: You can use Mastercard, Visa, JCB, UC, DC, Diners Club and American Express.

Q: Do you have parking spaces?

A: Yes.

(1) Parking fee: For details on fees, please see the information in the access guide. Overnight guests who bring the parking ticket issued at the toll gate to the front desk can park for JPY 1,100 per night per car. The fee of JPY 1,100 per night per car is valid between check-in (2:00 pm) and check-out (11:00 am the following day).
(2) Number of parking spaces: 61. (Please note that reserving a parking space is not possible. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)
(3) Vehicle height limit: Maximum 2.1 m.

Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

A: Yes. You can leave your luggage in the cloakroom on the ground floor of the East Wing. When the cloakroom is closed, please bring your luggage to the front desk.

Q: Can I send luggage from the hotel using a courier service?

A: Yes. Prepaid and payment-on-delivery vouchers are available at the front desk. Please note that the courier service may not accept luggage items of unusual size.

Q: Is there an Internet connection in my room?

A: Every room is equipped with an Internet connection. You can use your own device, for example a computer, to connect to the Internet using a LAN cable or wireless LAN. Please note that while we offer LAN cables to borrow, we cannot lend you a computer.

*Outside of guest rooms, you can also connect to the Internet in the lobbies of the East Wing's first basement floor to third floor, the banquet rooms and the restaurants. Staff members can help you with any questions about connecting to the Internet.

A: Yes. Please enter your name and dates of stay in the voucher's "Remarks" field and send it to the front desk.

Q: Are there places to eat in the hotel?

A: Western Dining Salvia can be found on the ground floor of the East Wing.
 Café&Bar Cattleya, Tea Lounge can be found on the ground floor of the East Wing.
 Japanese Cuisine Fuji is located on the first basement floor of the East Wing.

Q: Are there any convenience stores nearby?

A: Several, including a FamilyMart (Ichigaya Honmuracho store), a Maruetsu 24-hour supermarket (Ichigaya Mitsuke store) and a Daiso 100-yen shop (first basement floor of the Maruetsu supermarket, hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm).

Q: Is there a laundromat in the hotel?

A: No. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, there is a laundromat 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the hotel. A map is available at the front desk.

Q: Do you have a laundry service?

A: Yes. You will find a laundry bag and a dry cleaning/laundry order slip in your room. Please put your laundry in the bag, fill in the required fields on the order slip, and bring everything to the front desk. Laundry brought to the front desk before 9:00 am can be collected from 5:00 pm on the same day.
*Please note that the laundry service is not available on Sundays and holidays.

Q: What things can I borrow in the hotel?

A: You can borrow a steam iron, trouser press (already provided in all single rooms in the West Wing), LAN cable, desk lamp and air purifier (with humidifier functionality) (We have only a limited number of each item available. Please contact the front desk for more information)

Q: What sort of amenities do you have?

A: Room amenities will be handed over at the front counter.
Amenities: Hand towels, face towels, bath towels, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, razors, hair brushes, cotton cleaning implements (pads and swabs), bath salt, disposable slippers, sleepwear, deodorant and baggage rack.

Q: Does the hotel entrance have a closing time?

A: No.

Q: Do you offer room service?

A: No. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Q: What is the room rate for children? Until what age can I let my child share a bed?

A: Children six or older pay the same rate as adults. Only children under six can share a bed with another person. Children under six who sleep alone in a bed pay the same rate as adults.

Our restaurants

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: While we do not have a specific dress code, we do ask that you avoid wearing clothing that could make other guests uncomfortable, for example extremely revealing clothing.
Please note that guests are not allowed to enter restaurants while wearing sleepwear or slippers.

Q: Can I bring infants or small children to a restaurant? If yes, can I bring baby food for them?

A: Yes. Families are very welcome in our restaurants.
You may bring your own baby food. Please feel free to ask the restaurant staff for extra plates or anything else you may need.

Q: Do you have allergen-free/vegetarian/halal dishes?

A: We will do our best to meet your dietary requirements. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Can I reserve a restaurant for a private party or afterparty?

A: You can reserve Western Dining Salvia for groups of 50 people or over. There is seating for up to 60 people and standing room for up to 80 people (for buffet-style events).

Q: Do the restaurants have seating for smokers?

A: All seats are non-smoking. However, there are smoking areas in the building.

Q: Can I pay with electronic currency?

A: No.

Weddings

Q: How far in advance can I book a wedding?

A: You can book a wedding up to 18 months in advance.

Q: Can I pay for weddings by credit card?

A: Please pay in cash for weddings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payments for weddings.

Q: How far in advance can I come to choose a dress?

A: Up to five months before the wedding ceremony.

Q: Can I bring my own wedding dress?

A: Yes.
Please contact the bridal salon for more information regarding the cost.

Q: Do you offer rental of wedding clothing for relatives?

A: Yes. We have morning dress, black formal kimonos, colored formal kimonos and long-sleeved kimonos available for rent.

We do not offer party dress rental services.

Q: Can guests have their hair done and get help putting on a kimono?

A: Yes, at the beauty salon.
These services are by reservation only, so please make reservations in advance.

Q: Is there a changing room?

A: Yes, anyone can use the changing room on the ground floor of the East Wing.

Q: Can you provide allergen-free food?

A: Yes. Please feel free to contact us about your dietary requirements.

Q: Do you have rooms for meeting guests, for exchanging gifts or for holding an afterparty?

A: You can rent a banquet hall or a restaurant inside the hotel.

Q: Is there somewhere we can leave valuables?

A: Please leave valuables at the front desk on the ground floor of the East Wing.

Q: Is there a cloakroom?

A: Yes, on the ground floor of the East Wing.

Q: Are the facilities accessible?

A: Yes, all facilities inside the hotel are accessible.

Q: Can you arrange for a shuttle bus?

A: No, we ask that you make such arrangements yourself.

Parties and conferences

Q: How far in advance can I book a venue?

A: For a weekday event, you can book one year in advance.
For events on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, we begin accepting bookings three months before the date of the event.

Q: Do you have parking spaces? Are there discounts for booking a party or conference space?

Q: If I have materials that I want to use during a party or conference, can I send them to the hotel in advance?

A: Please fill in "Customer name," "Event date" and "Name of room used," then send the package(s) to the hotel.

Q: Is there somewhere guests can leave their hand luggage during conferences or parties?

A: There is a cloakroom on the ground floor of the East Wing. You can leave valuables at the front desk on the ground floor of the East Wing.

Q: When does a cancellation fee apply?

A: You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a party or conference 60 days or less before the date of the event. For more information, please check the banquet rooms terms of use.

Q: Can we play musical instruments during the event?

A: We do not allow the use of musical instruments or equipment that emits sound at a high volume. For example, electric guitars, band performances, or drums are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
